How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will be notified via email with your tracking number. 

Please note, multiple items in an order may ship separately.

What is your return/refund policy?

COVID-19 Return/Exchange Policy:

We will not be accepting returns of any merchandise until further notice.

Once a product has left the store, we cannot accept it back for an exchange or refund. We apologize for any inconvenience.

 

 

Regular Return/Refund Policy - not in effect as of 2/27/2021:

Because of the nature of our business and the personalization of items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if a mistake was made on our part, we'll be more than happy to provide a replacement.

What are the payment options?

You can pay via PayPal, Sezzle, or any major credit or debit card.

What are your delivery options?

If you are within our local area, we can arrange for pickup. Otherwise, we provide standard shipping across several vendors. The turnaround time to receive your items is 10-15 business days. This timeframe is due to the nature or the products being personalized.
